The Aziz/Azhar Family Legacy Fund, in partnership with A Continuous Charity (ACC), is dedicated to empowering Muslim students across the United States through Qard Hasan — interest-free, halal educational loans.
Rooted in the belief that education is a pillar of Islam, this fund was created by a family deeply committed to revitalizing a nation of “Iqra” — a nation of readers, thinkers, and leaders. In a time when the student debt crisis burdens millions, the Aziz/Azhar Family Legacy Fund aims to be part of the solution: nurturing Muslim excellence without the burden of riba.

Why Qard Hasan?
Riba (interest) is strictly prohibited in Islam, yet it has become a normalized part of pursuing higher education. Through this fund, we’re offering Muslim students a path that is both financially sound and spiritually pure.
