Help a Muslim Changemaker Attend a Top-14 Law School

At A Continuous Charity, we believe in investing in the next generation of Muslim leaders—students who are not only breaking barriers but building bridges for others to follow.

Today, we invite you to support one such student: a trailblazing Muslim-American woman who has been accepted to UCLA School of Law, a Top-14 law school. She’s not just pursuing a JD—she’s also on track for a joint doctoral degree to fight for legal reform, educational equity, and intellectual property justice for underrepresented communities.

From a young age, she defied the odds:

  • The only visibly Muslim student in her school, she faced bullying, poverty, and cultural isolation.
  • Her mother—who was never given the chance to pursue her dreams—raised her with strength and sacrifice.
  • She graduated valedictorian, earned her associate’s degree in just one year, and became the first woman in her family to attend college.

While at UCLA as an undergrad, she maintained a 4.0 GPA while working 60 hours a week, founded a grassroots community organization, and led national research on Muslim student experiences. At Columbia University, she launched a reading justice initiative during her master’s program in response to book bans and rising Islamophobia. Her advocacy has opened doors for Muslim students across campuses—securing prayer spaces and visibility for hijabi students—and her writings have been published in top journals.

Her dream? To become a lawyer, scholar, and changemaker who uplifts the intellectual and educational rights of immigrants, Muslim Americans, and marginalized voices in publishing and science.

But now, that dream is at risk.

She faces a $25,000 financial gap that could prevent her from attending law school. That’s where our community steps in.

By donating through A Continuous Charity, you help provide a zakat-eligible, interest-free loan that empowers this student to walk into law school free of the burden of riba—and full of hope. Your support is an investment not only in her, but in the hundreds she will go on to serve.

Let’s come together to make sure finances don’t stop the next generation of Muslim women leaders from rising.
