The Orlando Muslim community is honored to partner with A Continuous Charity (ACC) to establish the Orlando Educational Partnership Fund (OEPF)—a community-driven initiative dedicated to helping local Muslim students pursue higher education without the burden of interest-based debt.

Why We Created This Fund

Higher education opens doors to opportunity, leadership, and service. Yet, the rising cost of college forces many students to choose between delaying their education or relying on interest-based student loans. As Muslims, we are commanded to seek beneficial knowledge while avoiding riba (interest).

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

“Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim.” (Ibn Majah)

Every donation to this fund is an investment in knowledge, leadership, and ongoing reward. Allah سبحانه وتعالى reminds us:

“The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a grain that grows seven ears; in every ear are one hundred grains. And Allah multiplies for whom He wills.” (Qur’an 2:261)
