The Huntsville Islamic Center Educational Partnership Fund (EPF) was established to support local Muslim students in Huntsville pursuing higher education through Qard Hasan—interest-free, riba-free educational loans. This fund exists to remove financial barriers so our students can pursue education with dignity, faith, and responsibility.

Through this partnership with A Continuous Charity, the Huntsville Islamic Center ensures that students in our own community are not forced into lifelong debt or interest-based loans that conflict with Islamic values.

How the Fund Works

  • Community members donate to the Huntsville Islamic Center EPF
  • Eligible local students receive Qard Hasan (interest-free) educational loans
  • Students repay only what they borrowed — no interest, no profit
  • Repayments replenish the fund, allowing future students to be supported

This creates a sustainable cycle of sadaqah jariyah, where one donation continues to benefit students for generations.
