Empowering Students Who Have Lost Scholarships Due to Their Support of Palestine

• At A Continuous Charity (ACC), we understand the challenges faced by students who lose their scholarships or financial support due to their advocacy for Palestine. In partnership with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), we are dedicated to empowering these students through our Educational Partnership Fund (EPF).

• The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is unwavering in its commitment to the American-Muslim community, confronting Islamophobia head-on. For years, CAIR has provided legal defense, amplified our community’s voice in the media, represented our interests in the halls of power, and mobilized our community during critical moments. CAIR invests in training and inspiring the next generation of American Muslim leaders.

The Challenge: Underinvestment in Change Makers

• A significant challenge for the American-Muslim community is the lack of investment in encouraging young Muslims to pursue professional fields that create change, power, and influence. Currently, not enough Muslims are entering fields such as political science, law, public policy, journalism, media, and non-profit management. Addressing this issue is crucial to building significant power and influence in the U.S.

Interest-Free Educational Loans:

• Game Changer Loans: 70% of all donations go towards providing interest-free educational loans. These funds enable students to continue their education without financial strain.
• Grants for Students Adversely Impacted for Protesting for Palestine: 30% of contributions are allocated to grants for students who have lost scholarships, housing, or other support because of their advocacy for Palestine. Each grant is valued at $1,000, offering vital unrestricted funds that recipients can use as they see fit, helping them navigate through their challenging circumstances.
